No...I don't know anything about the video. I got it from Zephead23....one of my subscriptions on youtube.  He posts a lot of good ghostly footage but this one didn't even have much of a description. It was listed under Travel and Events. Some of the comments made on the video were accusing the owner of the Deli of putting strings on the chairs and yanking on them off camera.
