I know this one for sure, it's a very big and odd looking dead branch.  Another member thought they had something too with that same branch.

Hey I just noticed that the sky is pink in those pictures too, It looks like maybe your camera is going bad.  Is the sky pink in all the pictures from that day?

Oh you are right. Today is the only day I have taken a look at these photos minus the ones in 2006 so I guess I should give them a better look before I post

no the sky color was fine in the rest just in that particular spot and time the color was like that and all those head shots were taken in the time span of no more than one minute. It could have been just the lighting but I think there was something more only becaue I felt something there. That is just my opinion of course.

In one pic there is even a slight slatherring of pink on the neck.
