I really don't think that's a person. Hence the NO EYES lol. This is a really good picture but i CAN'T FIND IT IN THE BIGGER PICTURE ONLY THE CLOSE UP

It's on the far right side, very small next to the dead tree.

I believe I may have found a name for this spirit.  Delaney Hulett McKee.  If I'm assuming correct, this is taken around plot #43, where the Moss Headstone is located?  A few of the Mckee Family members were also buried near that plot as well, one on north half and one on second half.  Mrs. McKee was a school teacher for 25 years for Cook County Schools.  I've found a drawing of her, but it's a .gif, and if you'd like to see it, i can email it to you.  She died April 16, 1920.
