Is anyone aware of any UFO activity, or heard any stories, occuring in the Normal/Bloomington area last Aug. of 2008? A friend of mine just relayed a story to me today about seeing a "Disco Ball" like object hovering on a farm road out side Bloomington, Ill at streetlight level and then doing the zipping around thing before disapearing. This happened around the 8th. I did some googling and found some activity in the Mid South and some neat Crop circles in England on that day but nothing in Central Illinois.
This girl was very sincere about her story and I am trying to find any link to any activity in the area to confirm what she may have seen.
