Chicago Weekend
« on: Jun 20 2010 - 08:45PM »
Here are a few pictures from my weekend in Chicago.  Went to Navy Pier & Brookfield Zoo.............Also saw a great 3-D movie at the IMAX® called Hubble 3D about Space and the Hubble telescope.   Had a great time.   :Y:

Paranormal Activity 2 Trailer

C A U T I O N!

The beginning of the trailer shows the end of the first movie, so if you haven't seen the first piece of junk, then this might spoil it for you. At which point I say "good, 'cause it saves you over 90 minutes of shyte."

i didn't think it was that bad. i mean, i almost walked out after the first 40 minutes or so out of pure boredom, but it ended up scaring me more than any other movie i've seen.

What parts scared you?

The best part of the movie was the interaction between the male and female leads. It felt like they were an actual couple. Other than that, it was a half-assed attempt to emulate what a truly haunted location would be like.

It was basically a 97 minute episode of Paranormal State. And that's bad...

yeah, i'll agree that paranormal state is TERRIBLE... but the part in which the female stands and watches over the guy when he's sleeping was a bit eerie, especially when you go home that night and fall asleep with your ipod in, only to wake up and see someone standing next to you in the dark. of course, it was only my sister asking me where i put the car keys... i'm only 17, it sucks sharing a car.
