Just watched the first part. Ran out of time to watch the rest right now.

It reminds me of an incident I had about 10 years ago. Just handcuffed a male, aged about 35, behind his back. We (my partner and I) were escorting him to lock-up when we heard a loud crack or snap. He broke the handcuffs. It took 8 of us to subdue and 3 pairs of handcuffs to subdue him. I earned a year's pay that day.
