I may be getting the reputation of classic skeptic debunker but..

Seeing the shadow lines and the angle of the camera I think you have a lens flare. The sunlight is hitting the lens at an angle and bouncing around inside the glass of the lens.

Interesting cool picture, but I don't think it is paranormal.

Anybody want to venture a second opinion?

If you look to the right side of the mist looking thing directly below it, it looks like a face on the tree.

I completely disagree with the classic debunker. I was with Andy the day this was photo was taken, & that is not sunlight. Sunlight doesn't look like that when it inadvertently gets into a picture. Sunlight is not blue in color. Sunlight doesn't take on that sort of shape. This is clearly a mist forming. 
I also see a white figure in the lower right hand corner.
