A Thai company reckons it's invented a machine to get rid of unwanted ghosts.

The wannabe Ghostbusters at Super Boondee are advertising the Trisaksri Ghost Repellent, a device that they claim will get rid of evil spirits, leaving only nice ones, with special Wave Killer technology.

Not surprisingly, since the device was first offered online, Trisaksri have been bombarded with complaints.

It seems many people don't believe that a box knocked up from MDF with a bunch of random componentry inside isn't enough to keep the demons away.

Its ad pitch is to people who have bought a haunted house reads: "Some houses may have bad spirit inside which will interfere your daily life unhappy and frighten your children."

It works like this: the alleged Ghost Repellent is switched on, and uses a low-level magnetic field and a camera or 'Phenomenon Receptor.'

When it captures an invisible picture of Mr Ghost, it users a Wave Killer radio blast to send the spectres back to hell.

Super Boondee's Ghost Repellent claims to get rid of nasty spirits.

"All ghost and devil will leave away your home and won't come back again."

Boondee Labs kindly have a comprehensive Q&A to go with their supernatural gadget and clear up serious issues like what happens when the machine is switched off.

"The machine is smart than ghost," it explains cryptically, "fear and not return. You did not battle with ghost, the machine fight with ghost for you."

A note on the Super Boondee homepage says that the company may not directly sell the Trisaksri Ghost Repellent after the raft of complaints, but may market it on eBay.
