Thought I'd share some of my handiwork with the group...

Both cakes are chocolate devil's food with a cheesecake buttercream filling. The shamrock also has a touch of mint due to mixing in Andes mint chips in with the batter before baking. The ladybug is 5 layers, the shamrock is only 2.

When Ghost organizes a meet and have a party at the Grove... maybe you can bring some of your cakes. You know, we can be your guinea pigs :giggle2:

Although, it would depend on if I have class that day or not.

Wow the cakes are great! Wonderful job...also, the meet and great sounds like a blast.. When do we go?????????? hu
