This photograph was taken by Christophe DiCesare who was a student at Geneseo State University of New York in 1985. The photograph was taken in Erie Hall Dorm, Room C2D1. The ghost was called "Tommy" by those who were involved, and it turned out, after much research was thought be to that of a young boy of the same name who had hung himself at the college several years earlier. Strange drafts were also felt by many in the room. One evening, the student was shocked to look up and see a very life-like apparition of a male youth wearing a striped rugby shirt, his head tilted to one side. Objects were very often moved and cold spots experienced. This photograph is an enlargement and shows a skeletal figure to the right of man in the poster, who is Bill Rodgers , a 4-time winner of both the New York City and Boston Marathons. This is only one of a handful of such images where no figure shows up but only the skeleton! The ribs, spinal cord and pelvis can clearly be seen in this image! It was captured with a 35MM camera.

There can't be any doubt that the pic is exactly what they say it is. Ribs, spine and pelvis. It's as clear as day. :^:

Thought I would revive this one...since I think everyone should really see it.

After looking at a human skeleton for reference, I believe that is not a skeleton but normal reflections of something on a shiny surface cher

this may be far fetched here, and only i possibility, but i do think it is great enough to mention, but does anyone else think it looks like the poster is reflecting an image of the pillow? it looks like the poster is at a corner of a wall, if the sun is shining in right and catching the poster it could be acting as a mirror reflecting the pillow.

I agree Bodhi,
That is exactly what it is. It is hard to see exactly what it is that is in the poster, but it matches up exactly with the reflections in the shiny surface.
Remember when you were younger and you put paint or ink onto one side of a paper and closed it, then opened it again? That is what looks like is happening here, due to the positioning of the poster in the corner and the shiny surface right next to it at a 90 degree angle.
