Title: Michael Jacksons Ghost?
Post by: bodhisattva on Jun 25 2010 - 12:14AM
In honor of the one year anniversary of Michael Jacksons death a new ghost video!  I know we have all seen the "ghost" in Neverland Ranch video, but this one here is even better!

Title: China UFO
Post by: bodhisattva on Jul 15 2010 - 09:47PM
I don't have a whole lot of info about this.  This UFO was seen in China, on July 7th, near an airport.  The airport was shut down for a while, and flights delayed, because of this.

Wow that is very clear!!  Wonder what was China traffic controls explanation when they saw it on the screen? Something that size and altitude would need to have registered numbers etc. So they were saying that they were not in contact with the UFO at anytime...then it really was something not normal   Qu

Nice pictures, however, would have been nice to see actual video of the whole thing.  Does this mean that alien abductions are no longer limited to back water hillbillies.   :lol6:

Title: Pug Yells Batman
Post by: bodhisattva on Jul 21 2010 - 10:41PM
Those of you who don't know, well I am a pretty big Batman geek.  I thought this was pretty funny, and I know some of you like the same nerdy stuff I do.  So, here you go!

That is too cute!

Generally I am a cat person, but I like pugs!

A good friend of mine used to have a pug, and whenever I see a pug, I always think about my old friend. No tragedy or anything, just have not been in contact with her in ages, maybe someday I will see if I can look her up! Oh, well, it does not take much to get me all nostalgic and all.  No biggie. Sometimes I think I should just let things be.

Anyway, nothing about being a "Batman" geek is nerdy.

Reminds me of my old neighbors dog that my mom could of sworn it was trying to speak english to her when she went over to check on them.  The dog was a collie, but she always said she thought that dog was saying "go away" to her at times or "not home". Sounds like ghosts of BG huh? Kidding!

Depending on the situation. It just not was your normal barking greeting that this dog would do.  My mom thought it was the weirdest thing, she was like I think that dog can talk somewhat. That dog was kind of weird as I recall, it did make some funny noises at times, besides just regular barking. It used to run in the same path all the time and made about 50 circles at each end of the the path.  Oh well, I am sure my mom was really hearing things.

Stupid story I know.    :)

Hi all,

Since we have so many new members the last few months....... would anyone be interested in another Meet & Greet picnic so we could all get to meet each other again?

If interested just respond to this post, if we get enough interest we will do it again!      :103:   :06:

Well, if you do decide to do it, either it needs to happen later in the day or I can't attend. I'm on the payroll at the bakery now, so I'm pretty much unavailable Thurs - Sun until 4. So I'm thinking perhaps that a later afternoon meeting, perhaps a 2pm - 8pm gig could work, and then come sundown we could hit a bar for a pint.

Thanks!  :praying:

I'd love to attend but  :41: :41: the Wife and I are going to traveling and cooking in a BBQ contest that weekend. The 9th thru 13th will out of the question.

If Steve ain't available to BBQ for the M&G, I say we RSVP for another day.

Besides, I still vote for later in the day... Perhaps an initial M&G at the Grove, then we move onto something else once the evening rolls closer, and we make a decent event out of it. I'm out of any talks of a Saturday M&G unless it happens post-3pm 'cause of work.

But I really wanna try some of Steve's BBQ.

What's you favorite? Chicken, ribs, pulled pork or beef brisket? Maybe we can do something for you when we get back. We usually give out free samples at the contest. I can save some for you. Vac-pak and freeze until we can get together.

Pulled pork and brisket are a personal favorite. But the stuff has gotta be right outta the smoker for best flavor and texture. Which is why I recommend scheduling the M&G a little later, so you don't have to try and work something out or set aside product you could use to wow a judge.
