Title: One Armed Caretaker?

Hey, kind of an amusing story.  I was talking to someone today online that lives less than a mile from Bachelors Grove.  He told me that he has lived in the same house for 39 years.  During this time he has been too scared to go to Bachelors Grove.  However, he knew every story about Bachelors Grove.  I had heard them all before except for one about a "one armed caretaker".  Anyone ever heard of this one before and know more about it?

I've heard a lot of stories about Bachelor's Grove, but never the one on the one armed caretaker, hmm interesting. I wonder if anybody else here has heard of it before. I never even knew there was a caretaker period? There's so much info we may never know on Bachelor's Grove, fiction or non-fiction. Interesting nontheless.
