Title: Ghost woman in window

I found these two pictures a while ago and forgot I had them.  I don't even remember the story anymore....So if anyone know's the background on this picture let me know.

All I remember is that there is a ghost of a woman in the window.

I remember seeing that one before but I can't recall the story either.  It is a really good picture
