Yes, I'll be there at 10:00, I'll set in the parking lot for a bit and wait for others.  Look for the black town car that has plates that say "ghost"...That's me.

It's raining right now, and will probably dribble and drizzle for another hour or so.

So be warned, if you're going to wear a decent pair of boots and expect to get muddy.
