We need a board or sub-board for GHI.

They get some pretty good stuff and at times I like them more than regular Ghost Hunters.

They are trying out new technology too and the first episode this season was pretty interesting.

For now if anyone wants to talk about it, here's the board but it's up to you guys if you think we should have a dedicated space for the show itself.

I'll start off by saying the picture they capture of someone "sitting on the " didn't hold up very well with me...think it was just a trick of the eye. It was a stretch to me.

Well for me if it had been a regular camera shot it wouldn't have been impressive what-so-ever but since it was the "Full Spectrum" camera AND it went along with the sightings reported of seeing a man sitting on that in that same position then it was worth reporting to the client. And I thought that they gave it just the right amount of attention. They never said that it was absolute proof or that it was an apparition. They just presented it as some sort of different light in the shape of what could be a form sitting on the side of that .

I really like GHI. I wish Donna was still with them. I do like Brandy of course but I've always been a Donna fan. And Brandy's nasally voice makes it hard for me to follow what she is saying when she is giving the history of the case.  Of course she can't help that and I'm not making fun of her. I'm only making an observation that is a real problem for me. I absolutely can't understand her and sometimes I even have to not listen because it's like nails on a chalkboard to my ears. Believe me I don't have a great speaking voice either so "I'm just sayin". Anyone else ever notice that?

I really think that Barry (the Irishman) brings a lot to the table. He is the one who built the Full Spectrum camera and has come up with other modifications to equipment. He speaks several different languages and at least one dead language. I think it was on the Romanian trip were he was speaking a dialect that had been out of use for several hundred years. Of course I wouldn't know if he was faking it but I just think that would be rather brave if not stupid to fake it on such a popular show. Someone out there picked it apart.....  Barry just seems so grounded and intelligent to me and he never, ever is an attention hog. He's been on the show from the beggening and yet he stays basically in the background and almost always gets involved in the reviewing of the evidence but you just don't see him grandstanding even though he could and I kind of like that. It shows that he is the "real deal" investigator and not a wanna be movie star. I hope I would have that same dignity but you never know. I hear that fame bug will get the best of em.... But I guess for the most part the ones who actually make it to be part of the team have been very professional. Except for Shannon...and she barely lasted a whole season.

You know that whole thing died down when they kicked her off but I have always been curious as to what happened there. Shannon is the one that was on a few episodes of Ghost Hunters (and on the first Halloween special she even came down hard on one of the contestants saying that he only wanted to be on a TV show) and then she popped up as a client on the first season of Paranormal State acting as though she knew nothing at all about ghost detection.  She and her husband were living in a condo that had been an old school house and they supposedly heard children playing in the condo. Ghost Hunter fans recognized her straight away even though they first tried to deny the claims.  When they knew it was obviously not going away they issued one statement saying that Shannon had called PRS before she was ever on the Ghost Hunter's team and that was when she first found her interest in Ghost Hunting so she applied to be on the Ghost Hunter's Team.  That was the last thing said and she popped up on the next season of GHI were Donna and her were at each others throats constantly.  I never felt that the explanation could hold water seeing that the time line just didn't make sense. There is a waiting list miles long for people wanting to be on Jason and Grant's team but they are saying that she managed to call PRS and get them out to her house for an investigation having no prior knowledge or experience investigating and before the first season of Paranormal State could hit the air waves she was able to apply to GH team, get the gig, do the Halloween Special episode and roll to the top of the list to get dibs on joining the GHI team were she felt that she was of equal or greater value than Donna (one of the GH team's founding members and one of Jason's best friends from 3rd grade to the present day. To me it looks more like she had something to bargain with and she used it to the fullest until they finally had enough of her tantrums. And if any of you saw that season of GHI then you know what I'm talking about. She threw "tantrums". Like a little baby. The lead investigator (I forget his name) had to play mediator and sit her down and tell her how great she was so that they could get the investigation done. They were literally at an impasse with her and Donna. From the parts of the arguments that they showed in my opinion Donna was not wrong. OK that's enough about this subject.

Hopefull I haven't offended anyone by talking about the individual's or the different teams and even some gossip thrown in there. Personally I found the Shannon story very interesting but my apologies to anyone who did not and I welcome you to let me know what you think about it.

I agree Barry is the best in my opinion and they have gotten some amazing evidence. I had forgotten that it was with the full spectrum camera but from all I can remember I didn't really see the figure.

I watch Ghost Hunters every chance I get, thanks to my DVR season pass hehehe. I saw GHI for the first time last week. I really enjoyed it

Isn't it good? I say we create a new GHI board. We have to make it active though.

As for the image sitting on the .  I did see that episode....something was there but I also think it is a stretch to say it is a person sitting.  The team does get some great stuff though.  But then again look where they are investigating places that a centuries old also a lot of limestone.  As for Barry he is awesome...Dont tell him but I have a school girl crush on him.

The picture that they got this time was really good. You could see the hands and some facial features and even some color to it.  I was super tired when I got home last night and I kept dozing off while watching the show and no matter how many times I would rewind it I still kept missing the same parts.... I was trying to find out if the photo was taken with the full spectrum camera or not. It really didn't look like it was but I wanted to know for sure. Did they ever say anything about it?

It was actually not a Full Spectrum shot I am pretty sure.
