Wow...interesting video.  So clear.  I am not sure what to make of it.  I looked on you tube hoping to find a story attached with it but nothing.  thanks Colleen great find

Yeah I thought it was way iffy also you guys. It's from a poster that pretty much just posts stuff like this from CCTV without much of an explanation. But that's one reason that I posted it on here to see what you guys thought. It's getting to were I don't trust many of these anymore as they all seem to come out later on to be faked. I used to get excited. They still say that the one in the parking garage and the one in the hallway of that office building is for real though. Thanks for commenting you guys! :Y:

I have to call shenanigans on this one.  First there is no other information about where this is.  Second, it just looks too good to be true.  I've seen a lot of ghost videos, and photos, and usuallly the ones where the alleged ghost is this clear it is because it is fake; the old "too good to be true".
