Don't know if anyone else caught this, but I thought it was pretty funny; at the end the guy is trying to prove he's an expert because how long he has been doing his job.  I thought he was going to say he was doing it for 20 years, but instead he says he knows what he is talking about because he has been doing it 3 1/2 years.  Seems humorous to me and he instantly lost credibility!
