Blue bag in ground??

Ok so when I was at bg the other day i noticed a blue bag half buried under the soil on the north west corner in the ditch i had a picture but like an idiot i accidently deleted it anyone else ever notice this? is it trash or something more?

When you go back try n get another pic of it. It sounds as though you felt like it could be something besides garbage. Was that your intuition?

I saw shredded blue plastic sticking out from under about a foot of mud on a slope at the north-east corner on 09/26/09.  I didn't pull on it at all.  To me, it looked like old garbage which has slowly been covered by mud over a long period of time, and now the mud has been partially washed away.
