ghost at Lockport hill-off state

This photo was taken in Lockport at a sledding hill off state street! Appears to be something-- there sure wasn't anyone standing there when this picture was taken-??

Yeah, I see skates too....odd, to be blurred it would have to be moving if it was a person?  Your sure no one was there one you took it right?

Interesting though, something was there?


EDIT

On a afterthought, if it was a person skating (which u can't do) on the snow, they where about to hit the kids???

there is a pond near- but we were a pretty good distance from it--- not sure what type of pic this is-- I just know that he wasn't there when the pic was taken!

That's a possibility because the people way in the background at the top right have the same fuzzy look.
