Trying to find my family burried in Bachelors.
« on: Aug 04 2010 - 06:52PM »
I was reading a news article from the 1920s about my great-great grandma being burried in Bachelor's Grove cemetery. I have been there a few times but never saw a headstone for her, unless its one of the ones that was destroyed or stolen. I'm having a hard time finding evidence of her being burried there other than this obituary I have. Does anyone know if a woman with last name "Larimore" is burried in BG? Please let me know if anyone finds out anything. Thank you!

No Larimores according to this list: http://www.bachelors-grove.com/cemetery-burials-name-index.html

I think there is another cemetery (Zion Lutheran?) that was sometimes referred to as BG in obituaries back during that time, but I could be wrong.

I think some peoples remains that were buried in Bachelors Grove were later moved to that Zion Lutheran.
