This is one for all of you computer geeks out there. Tell us could this happen? Give us your opinion on how and why this happened please.
Very strange modification of my recorded voice.Recorded direct to my soundcard this unexpected result occured when I was testing a new voice compression software programme.I was not attempting EVP experiments at the time so this took me unawares.

Not sure, I've used that software myself. I never had it change the pitch of the voice by it's self though, however there no way of knowing tha the didn't?
