Baz Luhrmann Everybody's Free (To Wear Sunscreen)

Anyone remember this song...............As you get older this song seems to make more sense.

Always remember.........Just because you have never seen something, does not mean that something does not exist.

I haven't heard this song in many years.  I would LOVE to add it to my music library one day.  What CD is it on Gina?

It is one of those "NOW" CD's.  Here is a listing for it on ebay.

me too....I have saved all my records.  A few years ago my hubby actually bought me a turn table.  I was so excited.  It is really fun to pull out the records and watch the kids look at them with great confusion and curiosity.....LOL

They ask great questions like "how do you set it to like the 4th song?"  Like pick up the arm and count the lines dude !
"Or how did you carry music with you?"....ummmmmm 8 tracks and if the song was not at the start of the track you just had to WAIT..now that is a concept... ter

Hmmm I don't remember the Ronco records.  Was that like a yankee thing? Could have been one of those things that we couldn't afford. We were kind of poor even though I never knew it. My mom did a great job of always giving us what we needed until my dad finally got his captains liscense but we coulda missed out on Ronco records. I remember one time begging my mom to buy me 45 of "Loca-motion" before it was "sold out at the store".  When she said that it had been selling since she was a teen I was like "what! They had records when you were a teenager!" LOL I'm sure I made her day.  emb
