Topic: Grim Reaper looking thing in an abandoned house.

What do you guys think? Grim Reaper or guy in a dark hoodie? Or both? I like this video. I think the guys on here seem genuine so it makes me think that they didn't set it up at least.

I've seen this one before, my only question was way did it take him 30 seconds before he reacted to the shadow?
If it's real it looked like a shadow figure, a totally black outline of a man.

I think it's real too, the acting was way to natural to setup I think.  But like I said, that delay just through me off a bit.

That bothered me a little also Ghost but sometimes when a person is shocked by something like that it takes a second to sink in.  And maybe he couldn't even believe himself for a quick minute. What changed my mind about it was that they did not seem rehearsed as they were running away. The other guy was totally perplexed. So in my opinion if it was staged the other guy new nothing about it but i magnified the image in question and it did not look like a hoodie under the microscope. There were none of the regular lines that it usually shows when someone has a hoodie over thier head. Not concrete evidence by any means but just enough to convince me.

I think it looks real too, but that little delay puts a bit of doubt in my mind too? All in all, I did think it's real though, if staged they did a great job at acting!  As far as what it is, I'm not sure..I could be just a man, but it did seem to be all black like a shadow.  I certainly didn't see the Grim Reaper there though?

Here's one that is similar so I thought I'd put it in here instead of making it's own thread. This could also be a person but it seemed that the boys were close enough to be able to tell and they didn't seem to think that it was a person. They called it "a presence".

Boys walk past a creepy abandoned house and are startled to see an unknown presence dashing by the doorway.

I think the first video is real, judging from my recent experience at Clements. When I actually heard the footsteps behind me it took a second for the shiver to run through me, another second to get the courage to turn around and another few seconds to process what had happened. When something unexpected and unexplainable happens like that you just freak for a second. Human nature and adrenaline and instinct and stuff..

The first video is bollocks, and here's why:

1. The "figure" is sporting khaki pants.
2. You can see the legs move as it walks past.
3. Just beneath the center rail you can see the left hand.
