Strange "Thing" Captured On CCTV

This is very weird, look at the way it's walking?  It shows up at about the half way point in the video.
See what ayou think it is?  cho

This strange glimpse was captured overnight on CCTV in a closed building's hallways.

I know this could be a person in a suit. Just like the guy who was shooting a film and decided to play a trick on the police bcause he doesn't like the fact that they track him all the way from home, to work and back home every day on this cctv. But in his video the alien was large and thick and once you knew it was a costume you could go "oh yeah I see now" but in this one the limbs on the guy look so skinny that he would have to be anorexic even nude and this is supposed to be a person with a suit on. This befuddles me.  cho
