Take a look at this short video clip, this is a bug flying in front of one of my surveillance cameras.  The camera has it's infrared emitters on and as the bug gets close it glows.  This is identical to the video that it is posted in this link.

Take a look and you'll see what i mean.   :Y:

I don't think it looked like that flying "pig" myself, it has very weird legs that I have NEVER seen a bug do on a camera......So the jury's still out on that one.

The kids are my neighbors, (very nice kids) I only have neighbors on that side.  The next neighbor besides them are miles away.

Yep....your right about the glow. When I posted the 2 dancing things though it was because they didn't seem to have any shape at all to them .....like that thing at the gas station with the blue glow but I guess it just depends on the time of day and if it's inside or outside too.

I don't have IR but I do have survielance cameras and I used to get freaked out when a gnat or some wierd bug would crawl across the lens. It looks like a monster!!! The fly looks creepy too but he's pretty obvious what he is even magnified but if it's a wierd bug that your not used to seeing and suddenly you can see every little furry hair on it's legs and sometimes even things that you don't know what they are then that's pretty creepy.
